Hair & Beauty in Railway Street

A new tanning studio has opened in Fore Street, whilst in Railway Street a new hair and beauty shop has opened. Sun Studio occupies premises in Fore Street formerly occupied by Maxitan, which closed last Summer. Hearts Hair and Beauty in Railway Street also occupies premises that were previously home to a beauticians.

A new ladies hair stylists named Sleek has moved into premises in Bull Plain following the relocation of Perrins to Old Cross.

Mill Bridge sees a new letting agency called Anthony Davies opposite The Woolpack.

Recent closures in the town include DVD World in Bircherley Green Shopping Centre and the craft shop in Market Place.

The growth in eateries continues with a planning application for a restaurant in premises formerly occupied by Your Move estate agents in Fore Street. Other proposals for restaurants include the former Charlie Brown's tyre and exhaust centre in Fore Steet and premises in Parliament Square.
