Overnight roadworks to close town centre

Roads in Hertford town centre will be closed overnight during the next five days to allow resurfacing to take place.

Market Street, Railway Street, Bircherley Street, South Street and Fore Street will all be closed from 8pm in the evening until 5am in the morning so that works can take place.

Hertfordshire Highways have warned that delays and disruption are likely.

Other road closures in the coming weeks will see Hertingfordbury Road closed overnight from Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st March, and North Road and Bramfield Road from Monday 4th until Friday 15th April.
