Hertford band The Greyhound Factory have release a new single to celebrate the new year.

"New Year's Eve" is the second self-released single from the 4-piece group, made up of Ryan Davies (vocals and guitar), Harry Butler (guitar), Dan Munday (bass) and Kevin Carter (drums).
The single wasz recorded the track in their own basement studio and mastered by Kevin Paul (David Bowie, Nick Cave, Goldfrapp)
The song is inspired by the last few hours of a new year's eve party and there are nods to acts like The Cure and Elvis Costello to reflect the nostalgia of the festive period. New Year's Eve is about a celebration of being with friends but with the fear of having to fall back into line in a couple of days.
The new single can be heard on the band's Soundcloud page.
