I thought there was talk of a quiz at the Barge here. Has it disappeared or was it in a different Issue Group? Fancied going to the Barge for a Pub Quiz but - has the thread been removed from the forum or can I just not locate it? And if so, well, I fancy going down and although I admit almost zero general knowledge, but a little bit of science and aviation, then get in touch if you are one professor short of a picnic and although we might not be very knowledgeable we might be better than having nobody there at all!

The quiz is still on Sunday nights in The Barge, get there early as it soon fills up, usually standing room only! very difficult to answer papers standing up!

Just to confirm that the Wednesday Quiz is just during June as it is a National Quiz and the winners will then go forward to regional and national rounds. The normal quiz on a Sunday is running as normal. 1st Quiz in the National Quiz is Wednesday 6 June. TV and Films General Knowledge Comedy Pictures Sports

TV and Films - I saw Shaun of the Dead once General Knowledge - Generally, I don't have knowledge of what time the Wednesday quiz starts :-) Comedy - I saw Shaun of the Dead once Pictures - Yes, I saw Shaun of the Dead at the pictures Sports - Yes, I'm a good sport Not committing to every week in June but hope to see you there. Let's hope a Hertford team makes it to the National rounds!
