Eyes open.
Two men. One about 45 the other about 20.
They've just had a good look around Riversmeet in Hertford, which is a cul-de-sac so they stood out, and then left when I arrived home. They then checked the other end of the road and went on to have a look around Mimram Road before swapping shirts (ooops, perhaps my surveillance techniques are not that good, me thinks I was rumbled!) and making off slowly to Hertford Town. Maybe nothing but odd behaviour.
Older guy in a blue jeans with oriental logos on the back pockets. Younger guy carrying a beige bag over his shoulder.

Could do with you on Town Watch. Swapping of clothes, taking off black jumper, putting on white - usual amongst known shoppers in town centre. BTW, did the young one have any hair - been a few incidents this morning.

No. The younger man had a dark scalp and very little hair if any at all, from what I recall.
The older man reminded me of someone, it may even be him. However I may be wrong and don't wish to print the name here.
