A couple living in Dane End, narrowly missed having their pet dog taken from their garden yesterday, by 2 young men aged between 18/25. The couple were able to snatch the animal back and to give the police a description and they also took the registration number of the car the men were using. Apparently, they had tried the same "kidnap" in Saccombe, earlier in the day. Please be aware that they may be targeting this area. [:(!]
