I think it has just had an opening I saw the Mayor come out in her chain as I past. Now called "Beyond Beauty" I think?

I hadn't realised there were so many ugly people in Hertford that needed a good tarting up.
Do you think there's room for another one - I was thinking of calling it 'Mingers'.
