I'm concerned about the number of unlicensed vehicles and drivers working the night shift for Hertsline Taxis. Following a discussion on the Facebook group Spotted In Hertford today, it seems they've even admitted to customers that they are unlicensed. So why are they still operating?? They don't understand basic English, it takes 10 minutes to order one, drivers have no badges or license plates displayed, they drive recklessly and charge extortionate off meter rates! I will be making a complaint to the Hackney Carriage Officer tomorrow.
