Bad behaviour by a driver

Following on from the Ka Skittles thread, I witnessed another prime example of poor motoring, this time from a business owner in Fore Street a couple of days ago. The business owner in question double parked outside their premises, leaving the vehicle unattended. Obviously, this meant that someone who had legitimately parked by the side of the road was unable to leave, as they were blocked in by the business owner who was parked parallel. Needless to say, when said individual returned to their vehicle, they were not very happy, as they were blocked in by the double-parked business owner. Eventually, when the business owner returned, there were words exchanged. However, rather than apologising for having double parked, the business owner was very vocal in defending themselves. I distinctly heard the words "I'm trying to run a business here". And then, to compound matters, on returning to said double parked vehicle, the business owner did not drive away, but proceeded to make/take a telephone call. There was no consideration for the trapped parker. Eventually, the vehicle parked behind the trapped parker was driven away, allowing the vehicle to reverse in to the space and pull out past the business owner. However, as the car passed, the business owner finished their phone call and immediately pulled away at speed, narrowly avoiding a collison. Also worth mentioning that the business owner had a small child in the car. I'm not going to name the business owner, but having recounted this story to others, it appears this particular business owner has a history of aggressive and selfish behaviour.

Or the nice chap driving the Arriva bus at noon today. I pulled up outside Messages to allow a car to leave one of the four car spaces, and then as I was about to reverse in the driver of the bus, which had been several vehicles behind, thought it necessary to demonstrate the benefits of Arriva's customer service training by giving me a blast of the horn and pulling alongside my car and staring at me. Quality mate, absolute quality.

I take it you thought it was good then as your adverb suggests so.
