Hartham Common Consultation

EHDC do have form for ignoring public consultations that don't suit them, but for those who like to have their say. http://www.eastherts.gov.uk/index.jsp?articleid=12583 Consultation on the Draft Hartham Common Greenspace Action Plan We consulted with local people last year to help us define our vision and future aims for Hartham Common so we know these are the priorities of local people. We have used these consultation responses to help us create the Draft GAP management plan and five year action plan for maintenance and improvements in the park that we believe are proportionate, achievable and affordable. Now we would like your comments on this draft management plan and our plans for the park. "We have based the Draft Hartham Common Greenspace Action Plan 2013 -2018 on the responses to the ‘Vision & Aims’ public and partners consultation held last year, so we know these are the priorities of local people." So that will be based on the survey of 48 people and the "partners" Who are the partners? Do they mean the Bowls club, Hartham Leisure etc or do they mean the contractors who will be paid handsomely for completing the work. Either way, I'd quite like to know how much this will cost us.
