A wailing and a hollering.
What on Earth is going on at Hertford Football Club?
For the past half an hour there have been sporadic bursts of what sounds like a half cut karaoke singer blasting over the tannoy system which has clearly been turned to full volume.

I think they have acquired a new radio microphone to use with their PA system and have been testing it.
