Firestarter
Twice in four weeks someone's set the bins alight outside Hertford East station. Have there been any other incidents elsewhere it the town?

I walked passed this just after it happened and just before the police arrived. There is scum everywhere unfortunately. Fair play to the fire service and the police who arrived really quickly.

I remember seeing this out of our hallway window. What a pointless act. Thankfully it didn't happen when the nursery was open.
