Waitrose and John Lewis collection point
I see in today's Mercury that Waitrose will be a collection point for online John Lewis orders, I suspect that it is to combat Sainsbury's new store but if it helps keep Waitrose open I am all for it. Would hate to lose them from the town centre.
I know a lot of elderly people who use Waitrose as it is so close to the bus stop.

i doubt thats related to sainsburys specifically in hertford - they're rolling out the JL collection points to a lot of their stores. Perhaps more in response to tesco direct?
