Bircherley Green Cobblers
I meant to post this a few days ago, but forgot.... But in a nutshell avoid this place like the plague!
After being initially impressed by their 1 hour service for new leather soles and heals on a Saturday, I was unfortunately seriously dissapointed in them attempting to return a badly damaged pair of shoes without making me aware of the damage they had caused during the job.
Their only saving grace was that they did not charge me for their work. However a £50 saving for new soles on a pair of Grenson's is cold chips in my opinion.

I have found "County Executive cobblers and dry cleaners" - on Market Street next to Lanes Estate Agent - to be helpful and really good, but naturally they are a bit more expensive.....as per folklore you get what you pay for!
