Obtain Blueprints

Hi all, Does anyone know where I could obtain the blueprints of my property at all? The developer doesn't exist anymore but I think I can get them from either East Herts Council, Hertford town council or the local library, however the is no information about this at all. Thanks

I don't know but I would try Wallfields, they will be able to tell you where you can get them I would think http://www.eastherts.gov.uk/index.jsp?articleid=9923
