A10 shut southbound
Anyone hoping to go towards London from Rush Green roundabout the road was gridlocked when I passed 20 minutes ago. Avoid.

A10 Hertfordshire - A10 in Hertford closed and queueing traffic southbound between Hertford turn off and Ware, because of an overturned tractor and a fuel spillage.
