Authentic independant Italian
Hi
I've been in Hertford for about 5 years and was never aware of an independant Italian restaurant in all those times. Can anyone remember the last proper authentic Italian in Hertford and why do we not have any now? Seems like the place is crying out for one.
I was recently in Winchmore Hill and there's about 4 clustered together on Green Lanes and they were completely packed out over the weekend.
Surely something like this would do well in Hertford?

I know i might get caned for this, but one has just opened in Ware. Try and sneak over the border without getting caught. Not been yet, but lots of praise on wareonline!

In my opinion (unless you want to go to Newgate Street Village) this is the best Italian independent restaurant around these parts.
