Hertford RFC Cup Final
For anyone interested in supporting Hertford RFC in the Final of the Presidents (County) cup against Letchworth, the kick off is at 3.30pm at the Old Merchant Taylors RFC Durrants Sports Ground, Croxley Green, Nr Watford. Map link below. The Bar should be open well before kick off!

Most excellent. I was playing rugby with Wee Ewoowar today and he made a move that I am sure he picked up watching Hertford last weekend. We will be paying a visit next season.

We stayed behind last weekend to have a knock-about. As we left I looked into the bar area and it looked like everyone who had attended the game had squeezed into the bar.
What will happen if HRFC gains in popularity.........the bar capacity will have to increase in line with attendances!

Full Report should appear on the HRFC forum sometime today, once Joe 90 has sobered up!!!
But it was a well contested 1st half, but the barn doors opened 1/2 way through the 2nd.

Have to admit that I didn't actually attend. Mr.Batty, Batty jr and 2 friends went. I was ordered to stay home and do the ironing and cook a roast dinner. Which I did. [:(]

Another date for the diary.
30th April at Hoe Lane is the Green King Country Clubs Cup Competition Finals day. There will be 6 finals that day from I belive 2nd team level down. With any luck we should have at least 4 teams in the finals. Watch here and http://www.hertfordrfc.co.uk for kick off times.

It was a her...my own shorts got ripped off me during a game...so there i was hopping around in boots on a tiled floor trying to get my leg in the hole....got it through just as i crashed to the ground. Was funny afterwards but at the time all i could think of was getting back out onto the field
