Hertford RFC's last home game of the season
This coming Saturday at Hoe Lane, 5th placed Hertford,
looking for their 8th straight victory, entertain 3rd placed North Walsham. Kick off is at 3.00pm. It should be a great game and the bar will be open from 12.00pm

How much does it cost to gt in. Would be great to take Ethan to his first rugby match. He has no choice to like rubgy rather than football.

Kids are free...and there is always plenty of space on spare pitches for them to run around/play footy etc etc. I take my eldest one up there all the time.

Hertbeat FM also do regular updates live from the ground if you cannot get there.
This season has been fantastic for Hertford considering its our first ever season in National League rugby.
After a tricky start to the season, we found our feet and should (fingers crossed) seal 5th place on Saturday.

Made the comment on a previous post that Hertford were not in the class of the top 4: I stand corrected. To be honest we were not on top of the game today but we still won - that's the worth of a good side (used to happen to Man U but obviously not today...!)
Interesting possible scurrilous story - the Hertford great & good - all Captains of industry , Pillars of the Community etc (all male) booked themselves into the best Hotel in Newquey for the forthcoming Redruth game & were told (by a presumably John Cleese look-alike) that the hotel did not "do Stag Parties". On been told that most of the members were in their 60 plus the hotel relented.. The Hotel was told in not uncertain terms where to go ... Of course any suggestion of the Committee of Hertford Rugby Club would act like a Stag Night is totally out of the question.....

I believe there are still approx 40 of them staying there. Most of which will behave like a stag party!
In my experience the oldies are the worst, let off the leash for a few days!!!!

Why can't they change the rugby season to be in warmer weather - I miss out on all those thighs because I am a cold bunny [;)]
