Overlooking the fact that this story is nearly three weeks old, the individual concerned was NOT a councillor. It's important to get these facts right when commenting on such serious issues. He was actually a legal executive employed by the council, not an elected representative.

Well I'm glad this story has been posted although slightly inaccurate, I wasn't aware of it and unfortunately this man is one of my neighbours. I will warn my children to stay well away.

Gosh life is hard for our local perv!
