Scooby Do
Scooby Do in Port Vale needs a repaint. Does anyone know who is responsible or allowed to do this.

A Mystery Van usually turns up and solves problems like this.
I don't know who else would do it, if it wasn't for those pesky kids.

Maybe Old Man Winters that owns the disused fair ground does it.
There are rumors that it is built on top of an old Cherokee burial ground.
