It would seem to be well and truly hacked.
But the message is a little odd.
TheWayEnd Says: Sözümün Bitti#287;i Yerde #304;syan#305;m Ba#351;lar...
#304;syan#305;m Ba#351;lad#305;#287;#305;nda #304;se Bilinki K#305;yamet Kopar...
I hope I am not swearing in any language.
Does anyone know what that important message is?

The flag tells you it's Turkish and a web translator gives you the following rough guides, which you can polish up yourself...
1. "The rebellion starts at the place which my remark finished"
2. "Rebellion Bilinki to the soot which you started the doomsday breaks"
Looks like the revolution starts at Steven Oates, Hertford - oh well, it had to start somewhere, I suppose.

Far from the hacker being some kind of revolutionary I suspect the truth is that he is a 16 year old from wood green, pastimes include masturbating and working part time in his father's kebab shop over which he and his parents reside.

It's only the home page that has been hacked. The rest are working ...

They appear to be hosted by Netservers, who are based in Cambridge.

No. If you Google "Hacked by TheWayEnd" you get many thousands or results. I don't think Oates were targetted specifically.
