I think that the general opinion on this Forum is generally in favour of the independent shops in Hertford, especially during this current ressession. I'm not sure whether this is an advert or not (admin might remove it) but the St.Andrew Street website has some new money saving coupons on it. www.standrewstreet.com has been a great success for traders in the street, and, although not every business is taking part, it is hoped that it is a useful resource for Hertford. (there's a bit of history on it, too!) We hope that it brings a few more people down the street during the Christmas period. If anyone has any views or comments about the website, we'd love to hear them.[:)]
