Police helicopter this afternoon
Does anybody know what the police helicopter was doing over the Bengeo area this afternoon?
Looked like it was over the water tower area. Saw it from Hartham at just after 3.00pm and it still seemed to be there close to 4.00pm.

I believe that may be it as when I saw the helicopter - about 4pm - it was over welwyn road/sele farm area.

I saw it earlier (blue and yellow one?) over my house (edge of Sele Farm,near Bramfield Road) about 2.30/3.00pm. It hovered for quite a while and seemed directly over my garden.
I did wonder what was up but thought they must be looking for someone as they seemed very thorough.

I saw it again today at around the same time.
At one time it appeared to be to the North or NE of Bengeo.

Found yesterday afternoon; guess the helicopter over the meads last night was just the usual teenagers. From the mercury:

A MAN who had been reported missing from Hertford has been found.
Paul Fenner, 47, who was last seen at his home address in Sele Farm on Monday afternoon, was located in Hertford yesterday afternoon.
Police thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
