Hi everyone I plan to start a photography competition for Hertford in the coming weeks. I thought it would be nice to display all the entries in one of the (unfortunately growing number of) empty shop fronts. I just thought it might be nicer to see pictures of our town in a shop window instead of whitewash. What's everyones thoughts on this please? Also does anyone know the best place to find who owns the empty shops? I've been told David Perkins and I plan to call them next week, is there anyone else? Thanks
