Hi, I am new here, although been in hertford for two years now. Looking to get a bit of work done on the house - Lee at Decorative Properties put a flyer through the door. Came round to give a quote, and seems like a nice guy. Just wondered if anyone has used him in the past and can let me know how good he is! Thanks
