Yes please, cinema in Hertford
Preferably a small art house one showing the films of Tarkovsky, Bergman, Welles etc... as well as a selection of the less banal of the latest releases...
...and once a year it could host a Hertford Film Festival inviting local auteurs to show their work... (it's amazing what you can do with a digital camera and a PC these days!)
...it could have a bar and host regular film discussions and everything.

be nice to have childrens films on over the weekend, during the day so the kids have somewhere to go, and so do the weekend dads in this cold weather. it doesnt have to be a big mulitplex. max idea fine but remember the youth of today need to be entertained and have young persons film making.

I suppose we could do with 3 screens so that there is at least some choice - then perhaps we could get some new releases.
