Loads of workmen taking out lots of bricks and rubble from the inside of the former restaurant on Port Hill, there is a yellow Planning Notice on the door, but unfortunately couldn't read it as so many men and wheelbarrows in the way on the footpath. Anyone know what's going in there and when?????

I think that it may be good to have a vet service nearer to Bengeo - as the hike down to the town practices, on the bus with an ailing moggie/doggie etc.. for someone without transport is pretty difficult. I am not sure that the position on the hill is that great for parking vehicles though.
