Drove by yesterday and noticed windows all papered up? Wondered is it closed, as planning refused for coffee shop .. what's the crack?

Quite agree, Buzz. Don't let our canine friends near your computer - put it at a height they can't reach.

You sound disappointed that it was a repaint.What would you class as exciting? another shop closing in Hertford maybe!The last thing any retailer needs is negative gossip.You should be ashamed of yourself!

Oooooo - I merely mean't nothing exciting, as in it being changed to a cafe, as per the planning permission request.
I would not wish for any other units to close - in fact, as a former retailer in Hertford, it's a sad state of affairs at the moment, not helped by recent rate hikes from the Inland Revenue.
So you can climb back down from your high horse Carl and rest easy that I am not an evil wisher of bad luck or 'negative gossip' on the retailers of Hertford, in fact I am an avid supporter.

Might have been a good idea for you to have read your original posting before accusing me of being on a high horse-
You have stated that marmalade had been refused planning and asked if it had closed, so why would you be excited about a new cafe when you obviously know full well planning was refused.

When did refusal of planning ever stop anyone opening a coffee shop in Hertford and I certainly wouldn't be excited by yet another one opening?
