Warning! N-Power
We appear to have been the victim on n-power cold calling at our address (In Hertford). The salesman verbally guaranteed that they were cheaper than our current supplier (E-on).(Lie)
I found this strange because they did not suggest a direct debit for any less amount than we already pay. In fact our first quarterly bill has now found us substantially in debit to them. So they are massively more expensive in this area. This appears to have been the case with everybody else we know who fell victim to this company.
Whatever the opinion on whether we were stupid enough to change our supplier to a cold caller without checking a comparison website, this is intended just as a warning to others. thanks for listening. [:(!]

Late last year i had no less than FIVE visits from cold callers asking me to change to Southern electric. I was quite rude to the last one!

We had Souther Electric who was hard to get rid of..........they even went to a house who already has Southern Electric to get them to change ..............sounds very efficient to me!!

I went to a comparison site and N-Power came out chepeast - until they changed their prices on me 1 month later
