Hillside Veterinery Clinic
A planning application has gone in for change of use of the Hillside on Port Hill into a veterinary clinic.

Wow, I'm surprised that someone thinks another Vet practice would thrive locally given that Chestnuts pretty much saw everybody else off a few years back

Across from Young Mews then (kittens?) and next to Sidings Court? A stone's throw from the Warren, and just down the hill from the White Horse. Quite handy indeed [:D]

So, after quite some time this has gone to another 'change of use' owner, but this time the premises has been sold before the purchaser did the due diligence, unless an 'understanding' was in place beforehand. The nursery were knocked back but at least had the sense to ask in advance. Wonder what will happen if they're refused. I think Hertford is very well served by its existing vet practises.
