Ultimate Audio Visual shop
Hi
Does anyone have any information about what is happening with the old Ultimate Audio Visual shop in St Andrew Street?
Its been empty for longer than we have been in street. I know it went to auction and different people have paid deposits but never completed on the sale.
It would be so nice to get it occupied as it's in such a prominent position in the street.

Sadly, I understand that there have been many protracted legal complications in relation to this property.
Every business in St.Andrew Street hopes that they will soon be concluded.

i seem to remember that it was once a public house,,in the late forties and fifties, cant remember its name now,,maybe the queens ==== or similar,,but a mr ellis was the landlord,,used to play with his two children,,
aggreed,it would be nice to have the property up and running again,,

So what happened to chiropadists? Did they get upgraded to Podiatry, or did they just stop short of the ankle, preferring toes to legs?
