Guidance for Reviewers

You are welcome to post reviews of your dining experience in any of the town's many eateries. As a guide you might want to rate establishments 1-5 for: Food quality Service Atmosphere Facilities Value for Money When, scoring you might like to consider the following rating definitions: 5 = Excellent 4 = Good 3 = Adequate 2 = Disappointing 1 = Poor

Yes, provided you leave a large pile of salt for us to pinch [:D] Seriously, I generally find your comments insightful - often they relate to aspects of the restaurant that I wouldn't have thought of.

thank you, the thing is when i comment people think that i am downing fellow caterers in town, which would be a bad thing for me to do, as it goes, i think people generally feel that i bum up what i do. This is not true, i think what we do is better than what you can expect anywhere else in hertford, but i feel limited to what i can do working in a kitchen the size of a shoebox and working on my jackjones, every business has limitations, and if any of you wish to have a guided to tour of my kitchen next time you come, u will see why i am frustrated.

You're entitled to your opinion. I know I've thought differently in the past but I suppose if people are aware of your background then it's okay. Most people are now well aware.......and I suppose they can check the link out from your profile. And it would be good to the opinion of someone with your perspective. And as for anyone concerned about you displaying bias and just slating the competition......well there isn't any competition so that's not a problem. (Only my opinion!)

Is there any way that people like justin and mr-sloop can have a signature that declares their affiliations (if they so desire) This would make Justins position crystal clear, especially as he tends to comment most within his professional field of expertise
