Anybody know if the bank is open as usual? I got some cash out of the ATM on Sunday morning and the builders were working inside and the place sill looked like it was gutted.

Diabolical shambles. Quite often only one cashier available out of the TWO available.One of them has a real attitude problem and would be better employed as a traffic warden.

Fully agree about the staffing level. I don’t go in very often but I have yet to see both cashier windows open. I called in around 10.00 this morning and actually got served straight away. Cashier told me that all the referb work is being done in the evenings and weekends and should be finished for Monday.
