This is a typo, surely? Mead Lane development
I was wandering around on rightmove and discovered that there is a two bed flat in the new Mead Lane development for £815k...???

Ah but there was an exhibit in Hertford Museum (several years ago) that said that the Thames used to flow through the Hertford area pre the last Ice Age[:)]
