NHS survey phone call
I've just received a phone call from a market research company who are carrying out a survey for our local NHS services.
I was under the impression that if you are ex directory and have joined the TPS you shouldn't get these calls but apparently not.
Shame the NHS don't use their resources to fund cutting waiting lists rather than paying market researchers.

TPS only covers sales calls I think.

Yes I was cross to find that one out. No doubt all the sales companies will find a way round it soon.

I thought they already had, the TPS can't do much when the calls originate in India.

Bizarre calls, didn't want to speak to me because I wasn't under 24 years of age. They'd call me back another day when focussing on my age group. Err could you not just ask me those questions now then? I was told no. Not efficient at all - just like the NHS!! Just weird.
