2003/2004 prices?
are we seeking a move toward 2003 prices in Hertford?

I also know of many more similar properties that have changed prices at around 2003/2004 prices recently..

hhmmm. interesting, sort of hope so, although after a day spent with estate agents of Hertford doubt they would agree.

I wish this was the case on the houses I have been looking at! Many seem to be overpriced but we all know that family properties are in short supply & high demand, hence the premium you pay.
