The Marquee Centre is in a pretty sorry state. I quick walkaround shows that the place is very poorly maintained - one of the reasons for The Marquee closing I believe. There are only two businesses operating - Prontaprint and an educational recruitment agent upstairs.
I don't know who the owner or managing agent is but the place is clearly suffering from neglect.

I've heard from a reliable sourch that the site is due to be demolished and redeveloped.

I understand the building/freehold is owned by Phase 4 Developments - so predict it will be turned into flats - my crystal ball is buzzing [:D]

either that or it will sit empty for years, like the old Rectory on the corner of North Road, which is also owned by Phase4, or at least it was until recently.

maybe it'll partially collapse and have to be demolished for safety reasons?
