Wow, they were quite low. Nice turn to the north over Hertford.

Had just come out of the Salisbury,heard them. MAGNIFICENT, but only got a fleeting glimpse of one of the Spitfires! Reminds me that we used to be GREAT Britain!

It was really low and it turned to the North almost above our place. Shame the little one was in bed because she's become obsessed with planes lately. It looked as though it had the Luftwaffe cross on the side of it though
