'Offered for free' / 'Wanted for free' section?

Is there any chance of a free section for advertisers here? Marilyn managed to weave her magic wand with the 'Hertford's Past' section, so I am just asking if you would consider the same.
I know that we have freecycle on offer but I have recently been let down by people from St Albans and Hatfield who indicate that they want to turn up, yet never do.
I'd rather keep stuff than take it up the dump.
It can easily take place through profiles.

Freecycle rejected my application, dont know why and they dont tell you why.....all they have is your name/email address.
I havent done anything wrong. Yes i think its a good idea, I want some roller skates size 4-5 if you want to start it off!

I think it would be a good idea as well, I looke at freecycle bur I don't want to have to set up another e mail just for that!!
