Any ideas on what's going on in Parliament Square right now?

3 Fire Engines and Loads of police blocking off Parliament Square from all sides. Had a wander by, Looks like an incident at Cafe Rouge but hard to tell. No Fire damage as far as I could see but one of the big windows was out. Someone mentioned an explosion but it wasn't clear.

There was a gas explosion in Cafe Rouge kitchen. An ambulance took someone off with smoke inhalation.(walking wounded)
