Is this a nice estate? I believe it is not part of Foxholes, is that right? Thanks

Not part of Foxholes no. It's on the other side of Stansted Road and was built later I believe, the houses seem a little more contemporary anyway. Certainly looks nice.

I have friends who live there and it is a nice, quiet estate.

My friends live there too - they have been there since the houses were built and moved from one house to another as they like it so much. It's pretty well shielded from the proposed development of the police station as the school and a big cliff and woodland are between the houses and that area.
My only reservation would be that the houses are expensive for what they are and a little overlooked by one another, and that you can get a lot more for your money if you move out of town a little way[:)]

Good luck but be open minded about values as we were just offered a house for £725,000 that was on the market 6 weeks ago for £950,000!!!!
