Over the years we've all got used to the whiff of Chateau de Hertford (i.e. Mac's A.K.) wafting across our nostrils as we go about our business, but the new Pasty shop seems to be creating a new hazard. Even after a reasonable breky this morning, the old stomach shifted as I made my way up Maidenhead Street. I know noise polution can be enforced and monitored - but can WPS (Wafting Pasty Smell)?
