Had a very tasty meal from here on Sunday, delivered to the door for no extra charge within about 30 minutes. The menu is full of choice, with dishes not available in some of the other places. My Dad was also impressed when he tried it recently and chatted to the owner, who claims that when his father started the first Curry Centre in 1970, it was the first time a tandoor oven had been used in England.

We decided to give this a try on Saturday. Overall we were very impressed. I had a Chicken Biryani which was succulent and full of flavour, the vegetable curry side was also very good indeed. They did a mushroom korma for my wife which was "really nice". The naans were a little different to the usual restaurant fodder - round, and a little sweet, but very nice all the same! We'll certainly be returning.

Had another excellent meal from here on Thursday night, delivered to the door in about 30 minutes. This has become our regular Indian take away since it opened, taking over from the Bismillah and we find it to be a big step up. The food is always very tasty, with great choice and not just your usual gloopy sauces. Personal favourites are Tandoori King Prawn, Chicken Tikka Chat, Meat Balls from the specials menu, the mushroom rice and the garlic and coriander nan. Every dish we try is full of flavour and there is a great range on the menu. I recommend anyone to try it.

Gave it a go for the first time this evening and found it to be pretty good. Mrs D rated the chicken dhansak and no.1 child cleared her plate of chicken tikka massala. My slight criticism would be that my special murgh massalum was a bit on the oily side - but very tasty all the same. Will definitely use again.

Ordered chicken dhansak , received a nuclear orange tikka masala with added lentils and spices to try to convert it to a dhansak , yuk . I know cheaper take aways convert their dishes during quiet nights in the week , but this was a weekend . Wont be going back .
