There is a car driving around Foxholes at the moment very slowly with what looks like a scaffold with a camera on top on the roof, its like its filming the whole estate the reg is LJ08 VCE. Anybody know what they are doing? I have a photo but even after reading the FAQ I haven't a clue how to upload it here? I have it saved on the camera software on my PC.

whilst driving to Norwich last thursday - we spotted a car like this on the A12 - it was not however, sporting the *Google* logo - so maybe he was en-route and not actually filming. Wish now, I'd had my camera and snapped him - or realised what the car was, as we just looked and said "oh look a car with a camera on it". Google's Streetview UK is now live, unfortunately not for Hertford or any other small towns yet. [img]http://www.redgewell.com/stuff/hertfordonline/smap.jpg[/img] I'm sure they will add more places on-line soon...

They generally blur faces and car regs. Gotta say I love the google street maps. I've been using it for work for a while now to look at risks in various cities in the US.
