drove past a new sandwich bar (i think) last night next to tescos on ware road and opposite the new fireworks shops.
anyone been there? good/bad?
not 100% sure thats its name but think its somethink like that.

the only business they would get there would surely be from people working at the Mercury or Riversmead. Surely the Pearce's (who also did sandwiches and pies etc) failing would have given them some indication

Drove past on the weekend and the door was open, whole inside completely gutted ready for a skip it looked.
The kitchen took a year to complete in the first place with numerous months with no progress at all.
