Bob Hill's - Planning Application:
3/08/1712/FP
Development of 6 & 8 Dimsdale Street to form a single family residence; including demolition of workshop and erection of two storey extension.
I would have thought it prudent to keep the workshop/garage for a car, although technically I imagine they've given up making parking provision a requirement for housing developments now.

Yup, Bob Hill's.
The planning application is posted extremely conspicuously on the back gate.
edit edit...tsk.
...the workshop gate with pretensions to being a two-storey extension.
I suppose it might have caused too much of a stir to stick it in the front window.

I was going to say that I thought the numbering was odd.
As is the street itself.

Is this a listed building as I have been inside when Bob Hill was there and you can see what looks like wood beams and what appears to be a very old interior? I take it that Bob Ill is feeling better any idea of his court date?

Yes it is listed which makes doing much with it rather expensive I would suspect and there will be many limitations on what can be removed/added/ changed.
Is 6/8 Dimsdale Street what was Pingy's ??
No idea of court dates

If Steve thinks Bob Hills was 7 Cowbridge, then of course it might be - I wonder if it's been subdivided into 2 properties again.

The main part of the shop is being sold and hopefully will be something nice!
The back part will be converted/restored into housing [8D]

Thank God! At long last! I don't know how the town has survived for so long with such a dearth of hairdressers.
