St Andrews Rectory

The planning application for St Andrews Rectory has been approved. As far as I can gather from the conditions, the current access will be closed and there will be a new point of entry on North Road. Could be interesting given the proximity of the roundabout and pelican crossing [:)]

I read the application but it is not clear regarding the entrance.

I can't see what the issue is. There are multiple entrances to properties oppsite that are adjacent to the roundabout and crossing.
