Just wanted to say thanks for telling me about this - I'm on the course starting in April, yikes!

I can't recommend Ware joggers highly enough. I took the course last year with my husband....neither of us had ever been able to run further than about 50 metres [:I] without collapsing.
By the end of the course we were running 10K as promised [:)]...we didn't believe Roy when he said at the beginning this was what we could achieve. The only advice I can give is that you MUST do the homework, it is really surprising how much difference going out a couple of times inbetween each session makes.
I kept all the course paperwork (week by week running schedules/plans) and am doing it again with a friend as I stopped after the course last year and am rusty again - right now we're at week 5 [:)]
Good luck! It's a lovely sociable way to get fit. Roy doesn't let anyone feel like the 'slow one'...you all get there in the end [;)]

Ahhh, thanks Millie. I have to admit I am very nervous as right now a goal of even running 1 mile seems unachievable! I want to challenge myself though, and I think doing it in a group is the only way I will stick at it. Am nervous though!
