I wouldn't waste your time to be honest. A while back I reported a found pedal cycle which looked as if it had been stolen. A PCSO attended and said the Police didn't deal with them anymore. He contacted a local resident and asked if the bike could be left in their garden until the council collected it. Three months later it was still there
